This Privacy Policy describes how Glassgo processes and protects personal data of its users. It is based on the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization.

The data controller is Tsyrlin Daniel Dmitrievich, a self-employed taxpayer under the Russian Professional Income Tax (NPD), TIN 760311202790, located in Moscow, Russia (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

By using the Glassgo website and services, registering an account, or paying for a plan, the user confirms acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with its terms, they must stop using the service.

The Controller processes data in accordance with applicable law, limiting processing to the stated purposes and minimizing the volume of data collected.

The Controller processes the following categories of data:

• Registration data: email address, name (if provided by the user or received via Google sign-in), and account identifier.
• Service usage data: selected plan, credit balance and deduction history, access period, and created projects.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of requests, and service logs — used to ensure security and operability.
• Payment data: processed by the payment service Lava (lava.top). Bank card details are not transmitted to or stored by the Controller. Glassgo receives only the fact, amount, currency, and status of the payment, as well as the order identifier.

The Controller does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

Content entered by the user into AI tools is transmitted to AI model providers through their official APIs solely to fulfill the request. Users should not enter personal data of third parties or confidential information into prompts.

• User registration, identification, and authentication;
• Providing access to paid features and credit accounting;
• Processing payments, renewals, and refund requests;
• Customer support and responding to inquiries;
• Informing users about changes to the service, plans, and terms;
• Ensuring security, preventing abuse and fraud;
• Fulfilling obligations under applicable law.

Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer (to the extent necessary to provide the service), blocking, deletion, and destruction of data, using automated means and otherwise.

Data is stored for the lifetime of the account and thereafter for the periods established by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Users have the right to:

• Receive information about the processing of their personal data;
• Request correction, blocking, or deletion of inaccurate or excessive data;
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• Request deletion of their account and associated data;
• Appeal the Controller's actions to the competent supervisory authority or in court.

Withdrawal of consent or deletion of data will result in termination of access to the service, as data processing is necessary to provide it.

• Data transmission between the user's browser and the service is protected by HTTPS;
• Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access controls;
• Database-level access control ensures users can access only their own records;
• Payment card details are not stored on the service side;
• Access to personal data is limited, and data is processed only for the stated purposes;
• Software is regularly updated and incidents are monitored.
