Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) by Tsyrlin Daniel Dmitrievich, a self-employed taxpayer under the Russian Professional Income Tax (NPD), TIN 760311202790 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), and contains all material terms of a paid services agreement for subscription access to the Glassgo platform.

Glassgo is a SaaS platform (software service provided via the Internet) that provides access to a set of artificial intelligence tools: text generation, images, video, presentations, and audio. Access is provided under a credit-and-subscription model: the user purchases a plan and receives a certain number of credits that are deducted when using the tools.

Acceptance of the Offer (full and unconditional acceptance of its terms) is effected by the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) paying for the selected plan. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of this Offer.

The Provider may amend the Offer. The revised version takes effect upon publication on the website and applies to relations arising after publication.

The Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the functional capabilities of the Glassgo platform in the scope corresponding to the selected and paid plan, and the User undertakes to pay for such access.

The scope of the service is determined by the plan and includes: the number of credits for the period, available categories of AI tools (chat and text, images, video, code, presentations, audio, product photos), the maximum duration of generated video, and the access period.

The service is deemed duly provided from the moment access is opened in the User's personal account and credits are credited in accordance with the plan.

The cost of services is determined by the plans posted in the Pricing section on the Glassgo website. Prices on the website may be displayed in USD, RUB, and EUR; amounts in RUB and EUR are indicative and calculated at the current exchange rate. The exact amount to be charged is shown on the payment page before the payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed through the Lava payment service (lava.top), which supports bank cards of Russian and foreign banks. Settlements are made according to the rules and internal exchange rate of the payment service; the User's bank may additionally apply its own conversion fee.

Billing frequency:

• The BASIC plan is a one-time payment for 14 days of access. Auto-renewal does not apply; access ends upon expiration of the paid period and may be renewed manually.
• The STARTER, PRO, BUSINESS, and ULTRA plans are recurring subscriptions with a choice of period: 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months. Charges are made at the beginning of each paid period until the User cancels the subscription.
• The FREE TRIAL plan is provided free of charge and one-time with a limited number of credits.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next period unless expressly stated in the plan description.

The Provider undertakes to:

• Provide access to the platform in the scope of the paid plan immediately after payment;
• Ensure the operability of the service and provide support through the contacts listed;
• Process the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Provider is entitled to:

• Change the set of tools, plans, and prices, publishing changes on the website;
• Suspend access in case of violation of the Offer terms, applicable law, or rules for using connected AI models;
• Carry out scheduled maintenance, notifying users in advance where possible.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate data during registration and payment;
• Not transfer account access to third parties;
• Not use the service to create unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, circumvent technical restrictions, or automatically resell access;
• Independently assess the suitability of generated materials for their purposes.

The User is entitled to: use the paid tools within the plan, receive support, cancel the subscription at any time, and request a refund on the terms set out below.

The procedure for canceling a subscription and refunding payments is governed by a separate document — the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.

Subscription cancellation is available at any time in the personal account, in the “Subscription” section. Access remains until the end of the paid period, and auto-renewal is disabled.

The service provides access to artificial intelligence models of third-party providers through their official APIs. The Provider is not the author of such models and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of materials generated by these models. Generation results are probabilistic in nature and require verification by the User before use.

The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by failures, restrictions, or policy changes of third-party AI providers or the payment service, as well as for issues on the User's equipment or Internet connection.

In any event, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the current paid period.

The User is solely responsible for the content of entered prompts and for the further use of generated materials, including compliance with copyright and related rights.

The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.

The “AI Crypto Market Analysis” feature is available as a paid add-on to the Pro, Business, and Ultra plans and is paid for from the User's general credit balance. The following disclaimer applies to its use:
